Features

A rotary encoder is a speed and position sensor integrating optical, mechanical, and electronic technologies. When the encoder shaft drives the grating disk to rotate, the light emitted by the light-emitting element is cut into intermittent light rays by the slits of the grating disk and received by the receiving element to produce an initial signal. This signal is then processed by subsequent circuitry to output a pulse (or code) signal.

It features small size, light weight, variety of types, full functionality, high high-frequency response resolution, strong load capacity, low torque, low energy consumption; stable and reliable performance, and long service life.
