RFID flat security door lock to achieve safety protection

During the lithium battery production process, safety doors are prone to deformation and installation misalignment over time. Ordinary door locks are incompatible with these misalignments, severely impacting the reliability of the locks during subsequent use. With more than a dozen doors requiring simultaneous monitoring, conventional door locks lack sufficient PLC contacts. Workers sometimes tamper with the locks for convenience, compromising the equipment’s safety performance and leading to accidents that can cause reputational and financial losses for the company.

Solution application examples:

The green light flashes to close the door but not lock it, and the black line will give the door closing signal

The green light is always on, indicating that it is locked. The black line closes the door and the white line locks the door.
The red light is always on, indicating it is turned on, and both the black and white wires will be disconnected.
